Biography
I am an Australian architectural graduate based in Melbourne. I hold a Master of Architecture and a Master of Urban and Cultural Heritage from the University of Melbourne, earning distinction in both degrees. As part of my studies, I also undertook coursework at the University of California, Berkeley (United States), and Delft University of Technology (Netherlands). I have received several academic awards, including the Global Scholars Award (2019 and 2023), and the 2025 Rome Scholarship in Architecture at the British School at Rome, where I am preparing a cartographic study on the use of typography in ancient to medieval architecture.
I specialise in the design of neoclassical architecture, with a focus on geometric discipline and proportional systems. My practice emphasises CAD modelling and digital rendering, exploring the boundaries of imaginary and artificial re/construction. I recently founded Archiology, a loosely organised heritage and design collective dedicated to experimenting with technologies to capture and document environments, as well to explore methods for displaying and communicating data.
I often write on ideas relating to architecture and philosophy, with a particular interest on the topic of authenticity. I also maintain an active art practice, having exhibited in Australia, the United States, and Europe. My work primarily explores the production of sculptural objects as artificial facsimiles and the manufacturing of nostalgia, utilising a wide set of technical abilities.
